As the client expanded to become a globally recognised art gallery, they realised their technology and team needed significant investment. Their existing team knew they needed a secure platform that could sustain their growth ambitions, but C-level technology leadership was absent and a blueprint for the future needed to be created.
The Solution
Delafeld Partners conducted a thorough Technology Maturity Assessment covering people, process and technology, starting with interviews of 20 business and IT stakeholders to map their technology landscape.
